Taking life's necessary compromises in stride without the fear that they threaten my integrity. I was at my husband's office party last night where I was once again reminded that I'm NOT a party person. I don't know how to pop into a group of women already talking, or how to walk up to a stranger and launch a conversation. Sometimes it's tough to keep in mind that differences are exactly that.
